Aerial Image of Kamalō area, Molokaʻi
This aerial image shows the portion of south Molokaʻi coast from Kawela (left) to ‘Ualapu‘e (right). The darker areas on the image are channels and deeper "pits" in the reef flat, commonly known as blue holes. USGS scientists are just beginning to understand the origins of the blue holes.
