Purpose
Ground-truth geophysical data using video, digital seafloor imagery, sub-bottom profiling and physical sampling
Information to be Derived
video, still camera, hi-definition video, shipboard observations , sampling
Summary
21 days spent collecting underwater video on transects over multibeam data coverage areas in 10 to 120 m water depths in the state waters of northern California. Video, photographs, sediment samples, and minisparker profiles were collected throughout cruise. Digital video tapes. Data files of video observations. Digital macro photos. Bottom grab samples.
