Purpose
|
Survey benthic habitats at select patch reef sites in the middle Florida Keys
to ascertain the extent of coral mortality as a result of the January 2010 cold
water events. Additional work will be conducted along West and East Sambo Reefs
to assess current benthic habitat health in the event that the Deepwater
Horizon oils spill impacts the Florida Keys.
