Purpose
Recover and fill in gaps in the across shelf data set collected during
D2, and D6-95 cruises
Information to be Derived
Location of rock outcrops on the nearshore sea-floor, variations in sediment
texture in the nearshore, and structure of the subbottom that show folding and
faulting in the subbottom stratigraphy.
Summary
Ran shore parallel high-resolution tracklines between Capitola and Moss
Landing to fill in and area with no data. This data set will add data to the
side-scan mosaic that is being produced.
