One LIDAR scan from base of aqueduct, and one scan on acqueduct.
3 Hi precision targets set up on fishing pier.  One along levy road.
Two cylindrical targets set up along levy road, on either side of hi precision 
radio link set up on NGS marker U150 (end of fishing pier).
Base set up on Towill #4 (aka RAV4).
GPS also recorded on Towill #3 (aka RAV3)
