Purpose
Quantify the die off kinetics of bacteria that have been injected into the
Upper Floridan Aquifer as part of the CERP project.
Information to be Derived
Die off rate equations, multivariate statistical analyses of geochemical data,
microbial risk assessment model, characterization of the microbial communities
that naturally live in the UFA, assess how storage conditions influence the
microbiology and geochemistry of treated water that has been injected into the
UFA.
