Purpose
Establish baseline bathymetry for repeated bathymetry surveys in the area. Data
from the surveys will be used in an effort to identify and track sediment
movement between the marsh and the channel environments.
Information to be Derived
Bathymetry; base station data; differential navigation
Notes
Status:
Pending
Organization(s):
USGS, St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center
Funding Program(s):
Coastal and Marine Geology
Research Topic:
Coastal Change and Transport
Notes:
Operation personnel were used to design the single beam mount for the R/V Mako.
