USGS Open House 2003 Visiting Marine Geologists

The U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park hosted an Open House, May 30 - June 1, 2003. At the USGS Open House, a very popular interactive activity was "Dress Like a Marine Geologist." Participants donned maritime field attire and were video captured against a green screen background. Using a chroma key unit, an "at sea" scene replaced the background.
