gathered during a Field Activity.

Gather metadata about your data and efforts.

Use your FACS ID.

During your field activity, record information in the appropriate Log forms.
Make sure that all "Equipment Codes" are defined in the Equipment Log form.
Check all Logs for completeness and accuracy.
