You first must have Google Earth on your desktop. It's free.
If you do not have Google Earth, "get Google Earth"

In InfoBank, when available, Google Earth (GE) links appear after the "Virtual Globes:"
When selected, the file will download into your "Downloads" folder.
Clicking on the file will open it in Google Earth.
