Subroutine to search the given data set for the next time window containing
either a maximum or a minimum data value, or both.
The search starts with
the window following the current time window then continues from the start
of the data set up to the current window, if no data max/min values were
found. This subroutine is called by and is internal to GRAPHED.
call findmaxmin (time, data, ldeleted, icount, istart, startime, timespan,
datamin, datamax, lfound)
time - array of time in real tenths of a second from the input file
data - array of data from the input file
ldeleted - array of flags indicating whether an array element has been
icount - number of items in the arrays
istart - pointer to the first array element in the current time window
startime - starting time for current window in tenths of a second
timespan - width of the x axis in real tenths of a second
datamin - minimum data value
datamax - maximum data value
lfound - indicates if another window with a data max/min was found
istart - changed to point to first array element in new window if
'lfound' = .true.
startime - changed to starting time of new window if 'lfound' = .true.
