Description
  Subroutine to determine the eotvos value given:

    the position relative to the Equator
       (a latitude in decimal degrees or a UTMy in meters),
    a course (in degrees clockwise from north), and
    a speed (in knots).
       
USAGE
  "a" = argument, "r" = referenced, "s" = set

  
  call geteotvos                        (with the following arguments)
         Position                    [variable r*8 r]
         Course                      [variable r*8 r]
         Speed                       [variable r*8 r]
         Eotvos                      [variable r*8 s]
    
FUNCTIONS
  abs                 (FORTRAN intrinsic function)  

  cosd                (FORTRAN intrinsic function)  
  sind                (FORTRAN intrinsic function)  
    
LIMITATIONS
  UTMy position can not be within +/- 90 meters of the Equator.

  If so, assumed to be a position in degrees.
