Purpose
|
1. Investigate the evolution of bed-sediment grain size on the inner shelf on
event and seasonal time scales, in response to enrichment from a fluvial sources
and winnowing by wave action.
2. Investigate the influence of grain size, bedform dimensions, wave energy, and
current speed on suspended-sediment concentration and sediment transport.
