Seafloor Morphology between Año Nuevo and Santa Cruz, California

Sidescan Sonar Fish

500-kHz sidescan sonar fish used for this survey. Large yellow fin at top of fish and tail fins are for stability. Light is at lower end. Long black rectangle along side of fish body are transducer heads. Research vessel is R/V David Johnston.
