Running time: 1:15. This video was shot from the Eaton/Murray Street of the Santa Cruz Harbor. The video captures loose kayaks and a floating dock slamming into a train trestle support then continuing under the bridge and southward through the Santa Cruz Harbor by tsunami drawdown.
